Job Description

The Store Manager will organize and oversee daily operations of the store in order to provide customers with a unique and memorable experience. They will achieve measured financial results and maintain excellent operational standards within their store, always ensuring the highest levels of service to members. They will be responsible for delivering an exemplary financial performance for their store through the delivery of targets and good cost control. They will delivery outstanding service (clean store, everything works, friendliest team always offering a warm welcome, programmed effectively, proactive). The Store Manager will also be expected to deliver classes in our studio.

You will look after their store and is an effective team player working directly with the Chief Operating Officer and Marketing Operation Manager for the region.

Role specification

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Developing a high performing Store team

Builds, manages and nurtures an outstanding team ensuring coaching and leadership skills to ensure the team deliver on targets. Offers support, training and supervision for customer experience team.

Maintenance and stock for stores

You will manage the cleaning staff for the store using external contacts, ensuring all waste is disposed of in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines. You will also be responsible for any maintenance work that needs to be carried out. Manage stock checks across all areas of the store e.g retail, mixology etc. and liaises with suppliers.

Coordinates a next level experience across the store including assisting with the planning and execution of events with the Hospitality Manager and Customer Experience Teams. Ensures adherence and compliance to relevant legal, health and safety regulations and guidelines. Develops strategies to improve mixology and retails sales as well as driving overall sales with the team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous working experience as Store Manager for minimum 2 years. Working experience in customer service and sales is essential. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Strong Microsoft package skills, specifically MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint. Flexibility is essential for this role. Must have experience delivering personal training, small group training and/or group exercise classes. Flexibility is essential for this roll. Strong team player with good communication skills. Hard-working and conscientious. Friendly and personable. The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. A passion for health and fitness is desired. We love team workouts and experiencing hands-on, the TRIB3 experience. Minimum of Level 2 gym instructor qualification (or currently in the process of undertaking.
