Job Description

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the achievement of cash collections targets from European B2B customers
• Communicate with the customer base by telephone and email to collect outstanding monies in order to understand cash or billing issues
• Provide escalation to management or sales function as necessary
• Support Sales and Service teams in evaluating financial risk of all new business opportunities
