My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their successful cost consultancy department.

You will get fantastic project exposure, working on some of the biggest projects within the country.

This role would suit someone who seeks more variety in their workload than just public sector frameworks. Projects will range from but limited to Residential, Commercial, Hotels, Education, PRS, Retail and Leisure.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). At least 3-5 years postgraduate experience with provable technical delivery experience Experience with cost planning, value engineering, preparing tenders, billing
