This is an opportunity to take responsibility for a UK portfolio of commercial facilities for complex technical & engineering sites; this includes the maintenance, health & safety, quality standards and compliance.
You will fully utilise your Facilities Management experience in this role; it requires an IOSH qualified professional who is conversant with CDM process & procedures, EU safety legislation and UK Environmental legislation. Previous experience of working with quality standards such as ISO 45001 , ISO 14001 and ISO 50001
Main responsibilities of the Engineering Site Facilities Manager:
Manage a UK portfolio of technical engineering sites
Ensure sites are fit for purpose by implementing statutory inspections.
Formally review the contractors used to support the maintenance of the premises.
Promote HSE and company safety regulations.
Be the main point of contact for Capital investment Infrastructure projects at one of the larger sites
Deliver both HARD and SOFT Services (maintenance, cleaning, waste and catering).
