We are looking to recruit Property Managers to join our factoring departments in Edinburgh & Aberdeen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to further develop their career in property management leading to IRPM accreditation.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

General understanding of property construction Experience of implementing planned maintenance programs Co-ordinating reactive repairs Extremely well organised and able to prioritise your own work load Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team Professional, positive, diligent and focused approach Full UK driving licence
