Job Description

Working closely with the Credit Manager, you will provide support with all credit control activities, while overseeing a medium size team. In this hands-on role your varied duties will include dealing with escalated queries, cash collection, reconciliations and credit assessment. Developing strong customer relationships, reducing aged debt and leading the team on a daily basis will also be part of your role.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Acting as the "number two" to the Credit Manager, this role could be suitable for a progressive credit controller who is looking to step up into a leadership role. You will have the ability to make decisions based on your own judgement and be able to build strong working relationships with colleagues and customers. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be encouraged to suggest new, initiative ways to reduce aged debt and improve the efficiencies of the department.
