Our Construction Site Health and Safety is pro-active and requires quality training and coaching of our clients’ workforce. You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team and have the experience and confidence to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.
The successful candidate is required to improve the quality and the effectiveness of the existing training courses, as well as developing other construction safety courses for our clients. Candidates should have the understanding of statutory requirements and the Construction industry practices and techniques.
Key Duties;
· Providing Health & Safety training services to a range of clients.
· Reviewing and preparing Health & Safety documentation, site safe processes and policies.
· Carrying out Health & Safety audits on a range of facilities, equipment, construction and other activities as necessary, reporting the findings with recommendations on corrective action and close out procedures.
· Application of statutory and client specific Health & Safety regulations.
