The role of Service administrator is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established business. This varied role requires an adaptable, conscientious and enthusiastic person. You will have experience of:
· Dealing with telephone calls to and from existing and potential clients, engineers, and senior management.
· Have a good logistical mind for booking appointments for engineers, calculating working and travelling times and distance,
· Flexible and adaptable, self-motivated with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines working as part of team as well as own initiative in a demanding environment
· Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively at all levels
· Good attention to detail
Salary is DOE, holidays are 30 days per year, flexible working hours available which could be adapted to suit school times and holiday.
