Job Description

This key role is suited to a strong leader who will manage our operations team, driving a culture of quality and service excellence whilst achieving optimum profitability. The successful candidate will work closely with senior colleagues in Manufacturing and Marketing and will interact with all areas of the business.

From the point that an order is confirmed, the Operations Manager will be responsible for leading all functions of the business, therefore an interest and ability to interpret technical information is essential. A background and qualifications in engineering, construction or manufacturing would be a distinct advantage for this role.

The customer experience will be at the forefront of all decision making so suitable candidates must be able to balance operations management with five star customer service. We strongly believe that one installation should lead to another and our Operations Manager will be tasked with making that happen.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute growth

- Recruit, develop, motivate and lead a multi-discipline team

- Actively promote a culture of service excellence


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Preferably degree-educated in a technical discipline - Proficient knowledge of budgets, P&L, health & safety and cost management. - Inspirational and passionate leadership style. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and to a target. - Unwavering commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
