9. Good man management skills

10. Set deadlines for staff and be assertive

11. Reprimand staff as required and maintain reports

12. Discuss progress and problems with clients

13. Duties will be between office, site and new clients

14. Meeting new clients to discuss there projects and submit quotes.

15. Attention to detail is a must.
