Job Description

Role Purpose

The coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of dates against jobs that require permits and Notices raising, ensuring all key dependencies are in place, ensuring enough work is scheduled to enable the contract margin to be achieved and ensuring adherence to standards.

As a Streetworks Coordinator (Civils), you will have the following:

Key Accountabilities

  • Allocating Permits and notices to planned jobs
  • Supporting the wider team in the delivery of collective targets
  • To proactively identify and highlight any progress issues which threaten successful delivery of the works, so that recovery action may be taken.

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocating Permits and Notices to planned jobs
  • Managing Notices and permits from raising to closing
  • Responding to LA comments and challenges
  • Liaising with specialized Traffic Management companies
  • Escalate critical Streetworks related issues that will impact the delivery to targets
  • Working with Local Authority and building relationships

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Street works / NRSWA knowledge / Experience Symology knowledge / Experience Working well under pressure, within challenging time frames, to deliver on time. You should be proficient in Microsoft packages and be a good communicator
