As one of our Project Coordinators, you’ll be supporting and working alongside the Build Manager and Project Manager to coordinate projects that deliver FTTP network rollouts across the city. You’ll be instrumental in helping to ensure that projects and objectives are delivered on time, within scope and to agreed budget.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring full visibility of activity, costs and risks across all areas of the project
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, ensuring SharePoint and Salesforce are updated and maintained
  • Coordinating the project activities by working with all stakeholders to enable flawless project execution
  • Monitoring and tracking progress against the detailed project plan – identifying risk and supporting the Project Manager in identifying mitigation activities
  • Reporting project progress, status, cost and risk to PMO using appropriate tools and techniques

You’ll have a proven track record in coordinating large scale complex projects in a B2B environment, as well as experience of successful end-to-end project management delivery that incorporates client/business, contractors, procurement and network design.

Any experience working in a telecoms, construction or utilities environment would be a bonus!


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of planning and controlling complex, multi-work stream projects effectively (from start-up through to closure) Devising and delivering mitigations to address key risks facing the project Project management skills and expertise across all aspects of projects, from inception to delivery and handover MS Excel, Project, Word and PowerPoint skills to intermediate level or higher
