We have an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Town Planner / Planning Consultant to join a national company that is experiencing rapid exponential growth. Primary duties will include:

• Provide initial basic planning appraisals via telephone appointment for inbound enquiries that are prequalified by our sales team.
• Provide planning checklist outlining requirements and fee proposal for each customer.
• Coordination of preparation and submission of planning submissions, including writing planning statements for all business won.

You will be expected to make one pre-booked call per hour to customers to provide planning appraisals. Hours of work will be 09.00 to 18.00 Mon to Friday.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must be RTPI qualified Experience, particularly in the private sector, will be advantageous, as would experience of working with major residential / home builder clients, major retailers, developers and land-owners. Self-motivated, ambitious and able to work well within a team and independently to deliver professional advice to our clients
