Job Description

Looking for an experienced bookkeeper/accounts assistance to join our team.

Candidate will be working within a small team for a family run business

Must have minimum 3 year’s experience.

  • Bookkeeping;
  • Accounts payable;
  • Accounts receivable;
  • Supplier relationship management
  • Data entry onto EPOS system from invoices and delivery notes

Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experienced bookkeeper; Good understanding of small business accounts and general accounting practice; High level of computer literacy (MS Office experience beneficial), including the ability to adapt quickly to new software applications; Advanced spreadsheet experience; Experience of a dedicated bookkeeping package, such as Sage or QuickBooks. Ability to present data clearly and neatly, using appropriate computer software.
