Duties

• Chasing customers for outstanding debts by telephone and email
• Logging and resolving queries
• Keeping notes up to date on the system on customer accounts
• Chasing customers for payments so orders can be released
• Making recommendations for credit notes, write offs, litigation etc
• Working to cash collection targets
