A highly respected and successful Hedge Fund based in Central London are seeking a Qualified Accountant to join their team.
Scope of Role;

• Preparing ad-hoc management information for business managers as required.
• Responsibility for delivering year end close process for both the fund and management company entities, ensuring process is accurate and efficient.
• Responsibility for financial regulatory reporting
• Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of general ledger entries at the year-end for balance sheet and P&L.
• Prepare year-end statutory accounts for Management Company in accordance with FRS 102 (New UK GAAP) and liaise with auditors and directors to get it finalised.
• Ownership of monthly management accounts production.
• Liaise with senior management, legal teams & directors for review of the financial statements.
• Prepare & submit regulatory reporting.
• Undertaking financial analysis and research to support new business initiatives and resource allocation decisions.
• To prepare ad hoc financial analysis for the business as and when required.

Skills & Experience;
• A qualified accountant with appropriate, management accounting and financial analysis experience.
• Knowledge of Hedge Fund / Investment Management highly desirable
