Accountable for the day to day activities within the regional credit control function
Managing risk and credit activities for the region whilst offering continued support, advice and management
Working closely with the Credit Manager and other members of the team
Developing strong client account relationships
Ensuring compliance to credit matters is adhered to
Run reports - challenging the results
Understand processes, implement change when required
Embrace new projects
Use SAP on a daily basis
Be proactive in relation to business improvements
Work in synchronisation with the operational teams to achieve DSO
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous Credit Control experience Bilingual German and French or German Experience working with the German region within a similar role Managed credit in an evolving, high pressured and challenging environment Manage dispute management Proactive approach to developing and enhancing systems Driver of change High level of numeracy skills and a high attention to detail Strong communication skills Competent using Microsoft Office and SAP Enjoys working towards deadlines
