Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Credit Controller:

• Maintaining and improving the aged debt
• Working towards and meeting monthly targets
• Dealing with customer queries
• Dispute management and accounts reconciliations
• Setting up new customer accounts
• Managing and reviewing credit limits
• Management of cash postings, weekly direct debit runs and end of month bank reconciliations
• Cash forecasting
• Ad-hoc reporting

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience of working for an international consumer goods business - retail / FMCG Good Communication skills Net Suite experience would be an advantage but is not a requirement
