Job Description

Key Responsibilities

In your new role, we will look to assist in the delivery of projects to high standards in budgeting & programming, in all phases from contract award to close out within contractual requirements; implement SHE policy & procedures; identify project risks and manage effective mitigation measures; monitor, communicate, and report financial performance & administration of projects; oversee coordination of operatives, subcontractors and suppliers in a planned and controlled manner, ensuring efficiency and minimising costs

You will be acting as a point of contact and manage stakeholder, client, consultant, team and service provider relationships; you will assist in developing & implementing the site business plan; and you help manage the overall delivery of the programme to the highest standards.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You have a previous project management experience in a similar industry relating to housing & property construction and maintenance with a proven track record of delivering these projects, with strong commercial & contractual awareness. Ideally, you should have an HND/HNC (or equivalent) in a related Engineering discipline, and Project Management qualifications. Be great in a company built on doing good.
