Job Description

The key responsibilities of the role is to assist the Site Manager with the planning of the development, managing all aspects of the construction progress, including ensuring build is of a high quality. Recording all progress on the digital site manager system. Liaising with the Independent Quality Assurance Inspector, carrying out key stage inspections, ensuring all works is carried out to relevant building standards. Monitoring and liaising with Sub-contractors to ensure work is completed within build schedule. Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to at all times. They will also assist the Site Manager in focusing on excellent Customer Care for our Home Owners, so good people skills/communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to run a site and progress to Site Manager level.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager would be preferable. The successful candidates should hold SMSTS and a current CSCS card for the role. Other qualifications such as a current First Aid Certificate and Scaffold appreciation would be an advantage. Full UK Driving Licence required.The successful candidates must be enthusiastic and willing to learn with a genuine interest and commitment to this existing dynamic industry.
