Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing of client’s payroll alongside a busy team. This role offers flexible working, with a mixed week of working from home and office working.
Responsibilities:
Setting up starters and processing leavers
Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll for clients
Maintaining accurate payroll data
Submitting payroll information to HMRC on behalf of clients
Processing multiple pension schemes
Processing payment and statutory deductions
Managing queries in relation to pay
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience within payroll, ideally within a bureau. Up to date knowledge of payroll legislation. Knowledge of the furlough process. Ability to confidently liaise with clients and senior management. Ability to manage own workload. Good systems skills.
