Due to the growth of our workbank we now have a vacancy in our Commercial Team for a Civils Quantity Surveyor and a GI Quantity Surveyor.

As part of our strong commercial team, you will support the team to manage project costs from concept to completion. You will oversee contractual commitments and challenge and support to identify best value solutions. With excellent communication skills, you will be client focused with the ability to build and manage effective relationships with multiple stakeholders, internal colleagues and supply chain partners.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will ideally hold a commercial qualification, have contract knowledge and be enthusiastic to continuously develop and learn. Preferably, you should be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within the construction, rail, infrastructure and civil engineering sectors.
