We are looking for an HR Customer Contact Administrator to join us at our Shared Service Centre in Caerphilly. As an Administrator, you will need to enjoy helping people and be driven by quality customer service. We are always striving for continuous improvement, so alongside your daily responsibilities, you will also be encouraged to contribute constructive ideas to process and procedure improvements, to help us enhance our service moving forwards.
On a day to day basis, you will be expected to handle customer queries via phone and email, prioritising your workload and taking responsibility for your allocated cases. You will respond to initial complaints, conduct problem resolution, identify root cause analysis and then escalate the issue, when necessary.
You will need to follow company procedures and business rules, produce standard management information and month end reports when required, all in an accurate and timely fashion. We use Workday as our HR Information System, and within the system you will need to enter individual data/documentation, generate records and payroll adjustments, and assist in the maintenance of personnel files.
