Main duties and responsibilities:
To provide and maintain a high quality service to our nurseries and their staff team.
Children and Families:
To assist with the planning and delivery of all services to meet children’s needs.
To help maintain a child-centered environment.
To ensure good communication with staff, parent’s and careers.
Administrative Duties:
Rota Planning & Reporting
Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
Answering emails and sorting post
Answering & directing phone calls as necessary
Managing website functions and social media
Greeting and welcoming visitors
Financial Duties:
Processing payments
Payroll
Budget monitoring & Reporting
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum 6 months Administration experience. 6 months childcare experience or similar is an advantage. Great communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal. Good timekeeping, organization and reliability.
