Job Description

Working within the Board Business Unit you will be responsible for providing excellent and comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Board Committees and duties will include:-

  • Managing Board Committee level meetings
  • Collation, tracking and dissemination of papers
  • Taking minutes and management of actions
  • Project implementation and monitoring of ongoing projects
  • Liaising with senior executives

You will be required to work 37 hours per week with some flexibility during busy periods


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
NVQ Level 4 or equivalent. Excellent organizational skills. Good communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels. The ability to work on your own initiative. A good working knowledge of MS Office suite.
