Job Description
  • Responsible for offering a full reception and hospitality service
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries and post
  • Processing checks, paperwork, liaising with internal and stakeholders for panel
  • Accurate minute-taking and producing documents to a deadline
  • Support Operations Team in all administrative functions
  • Support Training Team to co-ordinate training for careers
  • Strictly adhere to GDPR and confidentiality policies
  • Operate with a compliance framework and support the Operations Team in auditing, processing and renewing relevant checks
  • Produce relevant statistical information where required
  • Support the Operations Team in preparation for regulatory inspections
  • Support with ensuring office environment has adequate supplies and is well maintained
  • Excellent administrative skills, with the capability of dealing sensitively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous administrative work experience in an office environment. Experience of utilizing a range of IT programmes and maintaining database systems. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word & Excel. Ability to work with confidential information. Ability to work with a degree of autonomy, in a flexible and creative manner, whilst observing policies and procedures. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to assimilate new technology and systems quickly. Attention to detail and the ability to complete work accurately and to deadlines. Willingness to contribute to effective supervision. Commitment to carrying out all agency responsibilities in an anti-discriminatory manner. Ability to self-motivate, be proactive and work on own initiative.
