Job Description
You will be working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
- Possess a variety of computer skills, including experience of operating word processing and database packages, spread sheets, email and internet.
- Complete all administrative tasks required to complete a vehicle sale, from ordering a new vehicle through to the delivery.
- Ensuring accurate invoicing of all sold vehicles.
- Complete and submit relevant AFRL information to conform to legislation (Vehicle Tax).
- Possess a courteous and friendly telephone manner.
- Maintain a systematic filing system for prompt retrieval of documentation.
- Maintain effective liaison with the retail / fleet sales team, forming a strong sense of teamwork within the department, and ensure accurate and timely feedback of information to appropriate persons.
- Delivering excellent customer service, and conducting yourself in a professional manner when handling customer vehicle and administration enquiries.
- Undertake other tasks and responsibilities, including training courses, as requested by the Management team.
- A working knowledge of Kerridge Dealer Management System would be a distinct advantage.
