Job Description

Your role will be varied, and you will provide high quality business support to the Children's Service Manager and the team. Working collaboratively, you will be required to pull and capture data by creating reports, keeping up to date records, support with Fostering Panel admin which includes minute taking and support with career payments.

  • Helping to support children and young people to reach their potential.
  • Providing administrative support to key stakeholders.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to use Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel to a high standard. Strong attention to detail including minute taking. Effective written communication skills to assist with the preparation of departmental reports and invoices. NVQ level 2 in Business Administration or relevant work experience. Dealing with invoices and payments would be advantageous. Ability to achieve and meet deadlines set.
