Job Description

The post has arisen within the Strategic Estates Finance Team for a full time Administration Assistant. You will be required to provide financial administration/ support using the SAP financial accounting system to create rent/service charge invoices and other charges in relation to the tenants who occupy land and buildings belonging to the Council Property Portfolio. You will be responsible for managing a variety of correspondences in the form leasing/tenancy agreements, excel spreadsheets and providing support to the Management Support Officer.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have experience of working in a Finance/administration setting and demonstrate that you are familiar or have a working knowledge/ experience of the SAP System or similar software. You must have experience of creating excel spreadsheet Attention to detail is crucial and you must process good organization and prioritization skills. You must demonstrate a good level of numeracy and communication skills and be able to problem solve when dealing with tenants/customers queries .You will be able to work to strict deadlines and be flexible. You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
