Job Description
  • Working with senior managers to manage local financial and budgetary management, including tracking of income and expenditure, budget variations and under\overspend.
  • Setting and achieving deadlines and highlighting to senior management issues of risk.
  • Providing direct support to a senior manager, including the management of diaries, responding proactively to issues that arise on behalf of the senior manager.
  • Providing support to the rest of the team regarding basic administrative duties.
  • Providing reception cover
  • Attending and recording annual reviews/meetings

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong leadership experience. Ability to work well within a team. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong experience in an administration supervisory role. IT Literate. To be empathetic, tolerant and have a positive attitude.
