Job Description

It's a fast paced role which includes but is not limited to the following duties:

• Chasing overdue accounts by phone and email
• Ensuring Direct Debit payments are maintained and collection of Arrears
• Issuing statements and chasing payments, in accordance with company procedures
• Recommending when accounts should be put on stop
• Escalating accounts for further action if required
• Resolving any customer queries
• Providing a high level of customer service.
• Ensuring that Invoices are issued in accordance with Customer contracts.
• Making corrections to the Invoicing/DD Collections process where necessary
• Other ad hoc duties as and when required
