The role requires a dynamic, forward thinking individual who is able to manage a team of staff to provide a UHB-wide shift booking service and ensure robust and timely recruitment of staff of all disciplines to the temporary staffing register.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate should have previous experience of managing staff, possess the ability to deal with challenging situations under pressure, be able to meet deadlines as required and respond to operational changes and challenges as they arise. Previous administrative experience and proficiency in the use of computer packages is essential for this role.
