Credit Controller

Job Description

As a Credit Controller you will have a series of roles and responsibilities to adhere to:

  • Opening new accounts and applying for all references
  • Conducting regular reviews of credit limits and suggest appropriate credit limits to be applied
  • Conducting aged debt analysis to identify areas of risk and payment performance trends.
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Query resolution
  • Send direct debit letters and addresses for all related queries
  • Provide regular and informative credit management reporting
  • Take responsibility for improvement implementation
  • Taking ownership of collection actions that are required
