Job Description

The role is working in a fast paced team reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader liaising across the business with customers and internal sales department.

You will be responsible for:

• Chasing outstanding debt from national and independent customers
• Processing monthly statements
• Liaising with the sales team to resolve outstanding complex queries
• Managing all key major accounts
• Month end reporting and reconciling accounts

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful you will have previous experience with a fast paced Credit Control environment working with varied accounts including difficult complex queries. You will be a confident communicator and have strong excel skills.
