Invoices/Statements - emailing of these on a daily /monthly basis
Managing and collection of debts
A good confident telephone manner to build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
Working in an organised and tidy manor
Providing administrative support to the team
Keeps sensitive information and financial records private and confidential
Flexibility in a small team
Liaise with the Business Development team
Purchasing - e.g. telephone contracts, packaging, stationary, organise palletcon deliveries
Understand and cover the desk for holiday and illness cover
