Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating and undertaking all finance related tasks for Loan Services' mandated book of business including:
• Managing the Work-In-Progress sheets in excel and ClientIQ as appropriate and prepare monthly revenue forecasts
• Registering all new jobs/clients on the system and creating project numbers
• Raising client fee and 3rd party invoices & processing supplier invoices
• Reconciliation of invoices to WIP/ClientIQ
• Working with the team to reduce the level of unrecovered project disbursements
• Working with the team to reduce the level of unpaid debt through weekly communication with FE's and liaising with Finance Credit Controller
• Working with the LPA team in Loan Services to manage their client accounts: bank transfers, monthly reconciliation of bank accounts & VAT returns and Companies House submissions for LPA Receivership appointments

Supporting the delivery of key Capital Advisors financial processes:

• Preparation of month end accruals
• Supporting the preparation of monthly financial reports to the Capital Advisors Excom team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Part qualified accountant, or minimum bookkeeping qualification (AAT) Good interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks Accurate and exceptional attention to detail Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team Confident and assertive where required Flexible approach to work Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients Strong organisational and administration skills Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing Experience with PeopleSoft beneficial
