Job Description
Our client is looking for a temporary Lettings Administrator to start asap. The successful candidate will need to have an excellent telephone manner, be able to use their own initiative and priorities workload.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Front of House/Admin experience
- Meeting and greeting customer
- Answering and transferring calls
- Booking viewings
- Checking documents such as ID and utility bills
- Scanning and filing
- Processing invoices
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Lettings experience. Welsh speaking.
