Job Description

Our client is looking for a temporary Lettings Administrator to start asap. The successful candidate will need to have an excellent telephone manner, be able to use their own initiative and priorities workload.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Front of House/Admin experience
  • Meeting and greeting customer
  • Answering and transferring calls
  • Booking viewings
  • Checking documents such as ID and utility bills
  • Scanning and filing
  • Processing invoices

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Lettings experience. Welsh speaking.
