Job Description

As a Project Administrator you will be responsible for the smooth and seamless transition for Pompano Beach site from Sage to SAP crossroads. The successful candidate will work directly with the Project team to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other area leads to ensure all aspects of each stage of the project are completed within the timelines of the project.

  • Delegate project tasks based.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.
  • Take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of a 5 x GCSEs (including English & Math); in addition to 2 years’ operational experience. Project Management Experience. Basic SAP experience. Microsoft SharePoint. Microsoft teams. Microsoft Excel. Advanced time management and analytical skills.
