Job Description

As the quality administrator, you will work closely with the broader quality team. You will maintain controlled documentation using a modern electronic document management system Further responsibilities will include: -

  • Managing documents (creating, issuing, tracking, distributing and withdrawing)
  • Writing standard operating procedures.
  • Supporting client audits
  • Assisting with software validation
  • Scanning and archiving of hardcopy documents
  • General administration tasks

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Electronic document control experience. The confidence to liaise with people at all levels. Excellent communication skills. Good general IT skills.
