We are looking for an experienced Administrator for an immediate start long term ongoing temporary assignment based in Newport.
Liaising with internal and external customers
Providing administration support to the team
Operating office systems
Processing documents
Maintaining accurate records
Accessing information in support of departmental activities
Creating and maintain spreadsheets
SAP entry
You will be required to work Monday - Friday
£10.13 p/h
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Good working knowledge of Microsoft office to include Excel. Fast and accurate keyboard skills. Attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to priorities workload. Interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels.
