Job Description

Provide administrative support to Bristol University Officer Training Corps, tracking the recruitment & medical pipelines, assisting the Chief Clerk with the day to day running of the Admin Office. and producing management prints for the line manager, as well as assisting staff with general administration support when required. The successful applicant would be required to maintain office equipment such as printers and a photocopier by way of ordering toner and paper when required.

Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be expected to maintain spread sheets using Microsoft Office, they would assist the Chief Clerk in the day to day running of the admin office and assist with the production of management prints.
