Receive and process carriers load requests in a timely manner, paying close attention to requirements.
Liaise with carriers, internal departments and sites (telephone, emails).
Liaise with all teams on site to ensure vehicles are ready to go out with no delays for the carriers.
Support and monitor systems used within the team.
Create ad-hoc reports when required.
Identify new solutions to work smarter within the role.
Be open to cross training and cover different positions when required.
