Job Description

An experienced Legal Secretary or Assistant is required to join the Conveyancing department of an established law firm within their Minehead office.

This is a full time position and you will be required to provide administrative support to Residential Property fee earners. You will have a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to; diary management, dictation, contacting clients, Opening files, scanning, photocopying and general office admin.

There are opportunities for ongoing training and development.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be an experienced legal secretary/assistant who has ideally previously worked within a busy Conveyancing department. To succeed in this role you will possess excellent IT skills, be organized and hardworking and have worked within a busy conveyancing team.
