Job Description

- Printing orders and answer customers message

- Answering telephone queries

- Booking deliveries and collections from different carriers

- Weekly and monthly reporting of key performance metrics

Additional pay:

  • Bonus scheme

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High attention to detail - Strong analytical skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication and English language skills - With ERP system experience in warehouse management
