Job Description
Deal with incoming day to day customer enquiries/requests
- Placing an order
- Chasing an order
- Questions about existing order book
- Changes in existing order book
- Questions about products
- Questions about merchandising
- Delivery issues
- Delivery complaints – these are logged centrally by Senior Coordinator.
- Invoicing queries/pricing queries/on hold queries
- New Business enquiries (logging information on lead sheet for passing to the BD team)
- Credit requests
- Collection requests
- Product complaints (e.g. quality). These are logged centrally by Senior Coordinator
Work closely with ASM/Agent partner to build a successful area and achieve invoiced sales targets with planning meetings and regular calls to include:
- Devise plan to ensure contact with all area customer base with new promotions or new product releases
- Review FP&A reports on a daily basis to track the target and monitor opportunities and ensure all are seized.
- Daily review of issues, successes and opportunities.
