They are looking for a Provisioning & Admin Analyst to support the project Management and Delivery team by managing the intake of new requests from customers and internal stakeholders.
You will need experience in porting of mobile numbers or transferring of telephone numbers and come from a telecommunications environment.
The role is also responsible for the management of the provisioning process. Liaising with partners, suppliers and internal staff to provision new phone numbers and port existing numbers.
Furthermore, the Provisioning and Administration Analyst will provide administrative support for the project delivery process, assisting with managing schedules, arranging assignments and communicating progress.
Responsibilities -
Work closely with internal staff and customers to complete number porting documentation
Manage the porting web portal(s), ensuring tasks are completed timely and to the appropriate standard
Plan and secure appropriate resource to ensure porting activities take place on the assigned day
Assist with any administration and / or testing to demonstration porting has been carried out successfully
Manage the number provisioning process ensuring requests for new numbers are submitted in a timely manner and with the appropriate documentation
Plan and secure appropriate resource to carry out the required provisioning activities
Ensure the output of the provisioning and porting processes matches the request from the customer
Manage the intake of new orders process, ensuring new requests from customers and internal stakeholders are logged, prioritized and assigned to appropriate resource(s)
Provide reports on the volume and status of new orders
Own the patch management process, liasing with the Engineering and Infrastructure teams to ensure appropriate resource is planned and secured to carry out scheduled patching activities, liaising with customers and providing appropriate communications as required
Provide project administration support, ensuring reports are issued in a timely manner, risks, issues and actions are documented and schedules are managed
Assist Project Manager in all administration functions and processes
Assist with the publication and management of project documentation

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Structured planning, organization and time management skills. Work experience as an Office Administrator, Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Hands-on experience with project documentation and schedules. Builds and maintains effective relationships across competing areas and levels (sponsors, stakeholders, and end users). Propensity for multi-tasking. Attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
