Job Description
The Role
All aspects of Purchase ledger;
Accurate and timely processing of purchase orders using Sage
Ensuring prompt, accurate and complete processing of invoices received.
Authorisation to process supplier invoices for payment.
Process all payments to suppliers in a timely manner.
Supplier statement reconciliations
Deal with all supplier account queries through to resolution.
Maintain and where necessary amend/update supplier details.
Petty cash expense management
Assist in the processing and analysis of credit card statements.
Assist in the accurate and timely processing of credit notes to Sage
Control the posting of 1st month invoices to Sage
Management and coordination of the Finance team email inbox; handling and processing client queries in a professional and timely manner.
Any other duties as allocated by the Financial Controller including overseeing Credit Control
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in a Purchase Ledger and/or finance assistant role Ideally Part AAT qualified; desirable but not essential. Strong IT Skills Proficient using Sage 200 or other Sage products to access and process data. A pro-active nature and the ability to want more - this role could go permanent so this is a chance to showcase your talent!
