Due to the recent expansion and successful attainment of contracts, our mechanical operations department is looking for an estimator / contracts administrator.
The role will mainly be office based working under the direction of the mechanical maintenance manager and head of estimating to:
Raise quotes / tenders,
Organize contracts,
Place orders,
Liaise with suppliers / customers are required,
Report to the mechanical operations manager / head of estimating as required,
Hand over quotes to the contracts engineers and assist them where required,
The candidate must live within a commutable distance of Cardiff.
The candidate must have a good attitude and be able to work in a collaboration with colleagues.
Salary negotiable on experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have knowledge of commercial domestic services (CWM, HWS, LTHW, LPHW, CHW, Gas systems). Have on tools knowledge of the above systems. Be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook etc).
