Job Description

The role may suit someone from the joinery / construction / property maintenance industry who is looking for a new challenge. Also anyone with sales experience in a builder's merchant environment or with previous B to C sales experience who has a confident understanding of basic trade skills.
 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ideally have a background in joinery / maintenance / construction or similar Be able to confidently measure and estimate of materials and labour costs Be confident to ask for the business and close the sale in a non-pressurising manner Represent you company in a trustworthy and professional manner Hold a full (ideally clean driving) licence Have excellent attention to detail and be a great problem solver Be able to present the company's product in a detailed and informative manner Have the ability to negotiate and offer solutions to customer requirements Be happy to undertake a physical job when required, climbing ladders, lifting and working in confined spaces
