Reporting to the General Manager, the Finance Manager plays a fundamental role in ensuring the financial viability and sustainability of the Company.
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
improving current processes and building operational efficiencies across the Company;
developing financial strategy, risk management plans and opportunity forecasting;
budget management, monthly and statutory reporting and cash flow management;
managing end of month function and prepare/oversee BAS;
managing compliance with financial regulations;
supervising the administration of the payroll function;
providing ongoing training, management and support to the Finance Team.
To be considered for the position of Financial Manager, you are required to have:
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Business Management
ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
Intermediate to Advanced ability using Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated hands on experience in a senior finance position
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience in a leadership position involved with team management
